2010 Fifa World Cup Teams
Brazil
The outstanding team throughout World Cup history will once again go into the competition
as one of the favourites to win. The five-times winners and only team to have qualified for every single World Cup, Brazil are
always the team that others look to play against and the one most feared.
Brazil's qualification for the finals was far from comfortable with too many draws yet they secured top slot in the group with a 3-1 victory over Argentina albeit only 1 point above Chile and Paraguay.
For the tournament itself Brazil find themselves in arguably the hardest group alongside Portugal, Cote d'Ivoire and Korea DPR and with an aging squad (average age is 28.6 yrs) the likes of Kaka and Robinho will have to work hard to progress the team out of this group.
The Brazilians are part of what gives the World Cup its magic. We all expect stunning goals, silky footwork and
amazing skill, and they usually deliver. Could this be trophy number six in South Africa for Brazil?
